Advertising Practices
The Platform does not engage in targeted advertising based on a User’s prior shopping activity, search history, browsing behavior, or interactions within or outside the Platform.
Advertisements, featured listings, promoted content, and boosted placements displayed within the Platform are not personalized based on behavioral profiling, tracking across applications or websites, or inferred personal interests.
Any paid placement or promotional visibility is determined solely by the advertiser’s selection of available advertising options and does not imply endorsement, relevance to individual preferences, or suitability for any particular User.
Location-Based Content Display
The Platform uses approximate geographic location data only to display listings, events, charities, and advertisements that are physically located within a general surrounding area of the User.
Approximate location data may include city-level, ZIP-code-level, or similar non-precise geographic indicators and is used exclusively for the purpose of:
- Displaying nearby estate sales, events, and donation locations
- Improving relevance of local search results
- Ensuring geographically appropriate content visibility
The Platform does not:
- Track precise or continuous location
- Use location data for behavioral profiling
- Use location data for targeted advertising based on past activity
- Combine location data with external datasets for advertising purposes
No Behavioral Tracking
The Platform does not sell, rent, or trade User data for advertising purposes and does not utilize cross-platform tracking technologies to infer User interests or behaviors.
Any analytics used by the Platform are limited to operational, security, and performance purposes and are not used to deliver behaviorally targeted advertisements.
User Control
Users may manage location permissions through their device settings. Limiting location access may affect the availability or relevance of nearby listings but will not restrict general access to the Platform.

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including:
